Your Role
- We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Coordinator to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Coordinator responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accordingly, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
- An outstanding HR Coordinator should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
What You Will Do- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.-
- Records management and internal employee file auditing.-
- Assisting in the planning of company events.-
- Proofread HR documents.-
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.-
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager that foster communications and a favorable work environment.-
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.-
- Translate HR documents from Spanish to English-
- Respond to administrative needs of the firm's employees (letters, certificates, etc.).Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or studying toward a degree in these or in a related field.-
- Proven experience working in an office environment.The ability to work as part of a team.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.-
- Effective communication skills.-
- Detail-oriented-
