**THE ROLE**

As a Partner Engagement Manager (PEM), you will be responsible for driving delivery partnerships and supporting the services engagement for new license signings or existing accounts. You will act as an expert to map out and execute successful implementations via delivery partners.
You will be responsible for supporting the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to demonstrate our services value proposition by presenting our key services offering differentiators, leveraging our delivery capabilities and Partner network.

**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will develop a relationship with our delivery partners and provide support to define the most effective delivery model with the CEM and the Sales teams and serve as the main point of contact for ongoing communications around Partner strategy for delivery.
- You will work as an integral part of the overall account team and account plan and closely with the Regional Services Director (RSD), the Area Services Managers (ASMs), to ensure profitable and efficient delivery structures.
- You will build and maintain relationships with regional and global delivery Partner representatives across all the phases of Partner lifecycle (engagement, marketing initiatives, and partnership management)
- You will analyse partner performance to develop partner-level insights which will inform key marketing and product initiatives. Regularly ideate/update long-term plans for each owned partnership and facilitate Corporate Partner Ops with partner data/reports
- You will work with Pre-Sales, Sales, and CEMs on new prospect engagements to propose suitable Partner or Partners
- You will act as the contact point on active Partner-led engagements ensuring communication channels exist and function effectively between Partner and necessary Temenos stakeholders (CEMs, ASMs, RSD)
- You will drive adoption and successful execution of Service Packages such as Collaborative Implementation Offering (CIO), by working closely with CEM and Partners
- You will work with Project Managers, CEMs, and Area Services Managers to monitor Partners' performance in the region to determine the impact on Temenos' image and credibility with the client. Recommend remedial action, as required, and follow up on the actions with the Area Services Managers

**SKILLS**
- You should have ability to identify problems, quickly devise feasible solutions, disseminate the appropriate information to relevant internal partners and ultimately bring about a timely resolution
- You should have work experience in B.A./B.S. in IT, business, marketing, strategic planning, related area preferred, or equivalent
- You should have experience in Temenos' targeted industry of banking solutions is necessary, including experience in consultancy and integration companies
- You should have experience in working relationships with clients and individuals in other business units by understanding their perspectives and issues
- You should have actively work with others to improve relationships by understanding their perspectives and issues and work toward win-win solutions
