**Purpose**:

- Assist the account in meeting its security related contractual obligations, ensuring the account is at the mandated required level of security controls, preparing for internal and external audits, and ensuring all documentation is at the required standard level and is reviewed on a regular basis.
- Add value by identifying and minimizing key risks and assisting in resolution and providing regular management reporting.
- Serve as advocate for the use of all DXC standards tools and processes/procedures implementing local versions where applicable for more secure accounts and is sympathetic to all account individual requirements.
- Ensure, by executing, as a 2nd level of defense, activities designed to protect DXC and its business reputation and enhancing security management capabilities.
- Dedicated to one-to-many accounts or industries in one region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary face of GDA (Global Digital Assurance) organization at the account level and therefore must build and develop meaningful account team relationships working closely with the delivery organization: AEs, ADLs, SDLs and other account management personnel.
- Provide guidance and monitor the accounts as it related to their security related contractual obligations and adherence to mandate security standards.
- Facilitate the execution of account level reviews, based upon DXC standards and contract requirements.
- Understand the client business/industry objectives.
- Keeps abreast of incoming deals.
- Ensure that contracted security-related outcomes are achieved, working in concert with account, delivery and other Digital Assurance functions
- Achieve security-related requirements and regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with the agreement between DXC and its customers including ISO27000, NIST 800-53, ECM, PCI, SOC and others.
- Confirms and documents contractually in-scope IT controls, processes and reporting requirements
- Reviews the adequacy of the IT control process documentation.
- Regularly validates implementation of IT controls process evidence submission.
- Participates in the planning, executing, and reporting of regulatory and security reviews.
- Determines audit readiness based on compliance status.
- Supports account audit readiness security and IT control training and awareness of account team.
- Supports the SDL in dealing with client and account team by providing intelligence and supporting data.
- Participates in account security governance board meetings to identify and escalate security issues.
- Provides support and content for internal and external audit activities.
- Annually reviews the account controls baseline described in Account Security Plan document
- Contributes to innovation by driving changes to improve controls effectiveness.
- Provide input for the offering roadmap.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Studies, Information Security, Management Information Systems (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least 3 years of experience working in IT managed service, Security or Digital Assurance
- Fluent in English
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments
- Self-motivated and tenacious
- Illustrate strong analytical, planning and time management skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity
- Ability to influence account and delivery personnel in the execution of security and compliance requirements
- Ability to interact with clients
- Ability to translate contractual security requirements into deliverables
