About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a challenging role in Process Improvement. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with our Quality Management team to optimize our work processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete specific tasks as assigned for Process Improvement Projects
  • Optimize work processes (e.g., tools development, Power BI Dashboards)
  • Create Dashboards and provide Data Analysis
  • Function as a Gatekeeper of specific processes for NA ESC's
  • Support coordinating the Customer Satisfaction process and reports
  • Assist the QM in the Audit Program process
  • Support NA Quality Management to support QA processes
  • Perform other quality duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor/Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering
  • English B1/B2 - Intermediate level

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working days and hours based on business needs, including after hours and holidays, as necessary to ensure the success of the business. Travel for short periods may be required.
