**Summary**:
As a Training Coordinator within the Technical Education team, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of training events provided to our Technical Community. You will work hand-in-hand with Technical Education Program Managers to ensure excellence and consistency across program logistics, activities, and communications in support of our portfolio of services such as Onboarding, Technical Skills Training, and Workshops. We are seeking a highly organized person, an effective communicator, and a collaborative thought partner with a global and inclusive mindset.

**Job Role and Responsibility**:

- Partner with regional Technical Education Program Managers to execute logistics for individual programs, including participant communications, managing training roster and registration, material distribution, onsite/webinar support, and evaluations.
- Partner with platform administrator to complete Learning Management System (LMS) activities for training events including creating classes/courses, registering students, creating rosters, marking completion, and closing classes.
- Partner with external vendor operations managers to ensure training materials, communications, and system set up are efficiently delivered.
- Provides day of event production support during recurring webcasts and events.
- Generates reports on enrollment, training progresses, consumption of content, and other purposes as needed with support of the Operations Manager.
- Contributes to process improvements to ensure seamless execution of team priorities.
- Provide additional coordination support for programs as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- 2-5 years of engaging with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and execute learning programs
- Experience with LMS and e-Learning platforms
- Problem solving. Able to quickly get to root cause and implement corrective actions. Coordinates with stakeholders and partners to resolve problems. Ability to effectively adapt to changing environment.
- Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities. Meets deadlines. Strong operational focus.
