COURSE DEVELOPER/TRAINER II (REMOTE/HYBRID)

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Maintaining a Learning Platform
- Maintain the operational performance of the learning platform
- Providing technical leadership in support of the system
- Defining and auditing user roles
- Working with Learning Platform providers to remain up-to-date on system specifications and updates
- Working with the company's IT to support backend systems integrated to the Learning Platform
- Identifying any opportunities for process and quality improvements
- Providing feedback on any defects that may be present
- Communicating any changes to the field as needed
- Maintaining procedures to ensure the security and integrity of systems
- Providing end-user support when needed**
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Experience with learning platforms (LMS, LPXP, etc.), product lifecycle, lifecycle planning and product management
- Exceptional computer and software skills
- Familiar with course design and development
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in managing data electronically
- Knowledge of basic project management principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Experience and knowledge of customer requirements and challenges
- Demonstrated ability to influence across several functions to achieve results
- Ability to drive data-based decisions and business justifications
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, content development process, lifecycle planning, product management and learning platforms are strongly preferred
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new technology and products

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with online education / platform development required
- 2+ years’ experience with Learning Platforms (LMS, LXP, etc)
- Significant commercial experience
- Must have high technical aptitude
- Experience in positioning, managing and/or developing customer education programs is required.
- Strong presentation skills and presence in front of executive stakeholders
