**Position overview**:
The Azure Developer generates solutions-based management and automation of cloud provisioning tasks, customer support and administration of Managed Cloud Environments (MCEs), workflow and tools development, cloud architecture, and service administration.

**Requirements**:

- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
- +5 years of experience with Azure cloud technologies
- Developer who has experience working on Azure Cloud technologies (Storage Accounts, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, AZ Functions, Azure Synapse and others)
- Developer who has experience working on building data ingestion pipelines from multiple data sources using Data Bricks and Apache Spark
- Experience in creating tools, scripts, and automation with Python
- Microsoft Azure certification (preferred)
- Building CI/CD pipelines in Azure Devops
- Technical Skills: Azure Data bricks, ADF, ADLS, HIVE, SPARK, Python
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**General Duties and Tasks**:

- The Azure Developer should: Configure and manage MLP’s Virtual Network in Azure, establish our core services in the VNET, enable Azure to serve as a part of MLP’s network
- Develop scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations
- Utilize native Azure services to meet the firm’s technology and resiliency requirements
- Drive Identity and access and configuration management, and monitoring strategy for Azure
- Lead design process for network connectivity to Azure
- Extend MLP standard systems management processes into the cloud including change, incident, and problem management
- Establish and implement monitoring and management infrastructure for both availability and performance management
- Establish internal pricing and instance selection model for Azure virtual machines
- Integrate Azure management tooling with MLP including automation of spin-up and spin-down and billing approvals
- Design and implement data protection options, including HA and BCP protection in Azure
