**Role: Front End Developer**
- Minimum of six (6) or more years of professional experience in software development - specifically in front-end development
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Expertise in advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Expertise in UI/UX responsive design
- Expertise in Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Expertise with headless CMS tools such as Contentful
- Expertise in unit test creation
- Expertise with SEO and SEM optimization and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a positive attitude, taking a team-based approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in version control tools such as Git
- Expertise in task/bug tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Expertise in working with standards compliant RESTful webservices
- Experience with working with graphQL
- Expertise in impeccable code style - clarity, architecture, suitability to task, documentation
- Deep knowledge and understanding of accessibility and usability WCAG compliance.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience with cloud hosting platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with web cybersecurity including PCI
- Competency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Nuxt.js or Next.js
- **Activities to Perform**:

- Provide front-end development support for Swoop’s product features and environments
- Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Swoop’s design and development methodologies, coding standards, and style guidelines
- Track progress of stories and tasks pertaining to sprint goals and sprint requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to define and prepare functional and design specifications of new features and products
- Assist with building responsive and adaptive websites that meet usability and accessibility web standards and best practices
- Provide accurate estimates for development effort, complexity and risk for software development sustainment streams and capital projects
- Design and develop robust, extensible, high-quality code that meet business, technical, and quality requirements
- Work with quality assurance partners to assess the impact of code changes, to ensure the validation of requirements and to provide timely troubleshooting and fixes to software defects
- Provide technical expertise in how to manage code and resolve conflicts, along with analysis of front-end and back-end code
- Document system components, related interfaces and ensure complete and accurate release notes
- Provide DevOps support for critical system components hosted internally
