**OBJECTIVE**:

- Brand Management with Strategic Thinking and appropriate planning & execution to achieve brands qualitative and quantitative objectives. Always following compliance and Reckitt´s core values.

**Long Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to build brands with powerful consumer and shopper value equations.
- Full understanding and knowledge of the Brands; Brand Equity, Financials, Sale, Channel, Go to market, Key Competitors, POS dynamics, Market Trends, SOV with Consumer/Consumer focus.
- Develop the Brand´s communications effort building equity, including ATL, BTL, Digital, HCP material or POS campaigns.
- Development of promotional materials and promotional activities, framed according to strategy, under regional parameters, regulatory affairs, and medical support areas.
- Analysis of critical information, through market tools and internal tools and send reports in order to create strategic opportunities.
- Contribute to the future growth/health of the Business, roll out innovation, from the understanding of the consumer, market, to the development of ideas, testing and lunch. Collaborate in the innovation projects acting as responsible or leader depending on projects complexity and material requirements.

Management and follow up of all regulatory aspects of all products.

- Fluent in English
