**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries, in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms and conditions and sales policies and procedures
- Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, discounts, terms and conditions, part numbers and prepare for order entry
- Respond to all customer requests for sales order status, expedited emergency shipment of parts and service kits, Documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
- Document customer complaints
- Document returned materials
- Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Associate degree/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a technical environment strongly preferred, including internship or co-op assignments
- Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Proficient with MRP, preferably Oracle
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
