We're looking for someone who is highly organized, upbeat, and an excellent communicator—both in writing and in conversation. You should have strong computer skills, a quick mind, a good sense of humor, and the ability to learn fast. You should be a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent looking to join a growing real estate team. Your role will be to make outbound calls, set appointments, and follow up with leads to support our team's sales pipeline. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the team.

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and messaging tools.

Manage and update our CRM system with lead information.

Learn and implement team scripts, systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Previous experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or as an ISA is a plus.

Ability to work independently with strong time management.

Comfortable working US hours.
