**Job Description**:
A Data Management Client Services Specialist senior researches data issues for Experian’s Consumer View database for both internal and external customers and communicates research results in a timely manner. This position also works with external clients that use our fulfillment systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching data related issues from Experian’s ConsumerView database
- Documents the issues for tracking purposes to determine if a global file problem exists.
- Initiates any corrective action to the appropriate department.
- Communicates research results effectively to internal or external customers.
- Document consumer inquiries and responds verbally or in writing as required.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met so they can be successful using our fulfillment tools.
- Effectively work with order fulfillment site managers when a problem arises.
- Remain current on products offered by Experian Targeting.
- Review orders placed on “hold” for sensitive data to ensure client agreement covers usage.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Requires 1-2 years related experience in a customer service environment.
**Knowledge / Skills**
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills (problem identification and resolution).
- Microsoft knowledge of Access, Excel, MS Query
- Ability to work independently.
