Experian’s Financial Service and Data business is seeking a Senior Product Operations specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting Product management by partnering with a cross-functional leadership team to oversee a portfolio of projects and drive process efficiencies to meet the operational objectives for the Financial Services and Data product teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with Product Management team and cross-functional leaders in Finance, Engineering, Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and Compliance to successfully deliver objectives of the product team.
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency across product organization.
- Lead operational activities in close collaboration with Product Management leaders.
- Help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across the product domain by designing and facilitating an operating rhythm of meetings and reporting.
- Conduct portfolio management activities across a variety of cross-functional projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of applicable Operations-focused program management-product operations experience in a Product organization
- Experience with a variety of product management-product development processes, and methodologies and tools.
- Experience setting up new cross-functional and product related processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build project plans for complex-cross functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts and plans.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a wide range of partners.
- Self-starter with an ability to prioritize-manage competing priorities.
- High energy with entrepreneurial spirit
