**Description**

BORN Group is seeking a U.S. Pre Sales Agent in **Costa Rica** to join our team working remotely. If you are an experienced e-Commerce Pre Sales Agent and willing to push the boundaries of your knowledge and drive your career forward, we want to hear from you If you have a flare for understanding business objectives and a good appreciation of technology solutions, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own opportunities end to end: Lead qualification to Lead closure
- Elicit requirement from the client
- Provide scope clarity to Practices (Tech/Creative/Digital Marketing/Content/PMO)
- Platform/solution demo
- Platform comparison study and recommendation
- Own the Bid response document
- Costing and Profitability calculation
- Weekly reporting to Leadership team on Opportunity status
- Point Of View / Capabilities deck creation
- Client Presentations
- Liaise with offshore teams for necessary inputs (Estimates/Solutions/Approvals)

**Experience**:

- Has e-Commerce expertise at least in one leading platform (SAP Hybris, SF Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, Commerce Tools, Big Commerce, etc.) and exposure to others.
- Has been a Presales Consultant / Business Analyst or Solution architect in past avatars.
- Has worked with distributed teams in the past (teams spread across the US, UK, Asia, etc)

**Must-Have**:

- Good attitude, commitment, and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Has good proposal preparation experience
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)

**Nice To Have**:

- Willingness to travel to client locations for sales pitches (US / UK)
- Functional Certification in any of the leading eCommerce platforms
