As a Senior Technical Consultant., you will be responsible to design with team members new solutions in SFDC.
Understand and discuss all the business requirements to build a product optimized. It is a plus if the professional has knowledge and experience as Salesforce Administrator, as Developer, in CPQ, in MuleSoft, in Velocity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Willing to be a Solution Architect in Salesforce.
- Provide user support for the Salesforce products while working closely with the Engineering
and Support teams to maintain operational integrity of production systems.
- Provide technical support to local and remote users.
- Identify and appropriately escalate process or product quality gaps and provide or implement
suggestions for resolution when possible.
- Perform pre-defined data loads.
- Evaluate Salesforce functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
based on experience supporting users.
- Setup and maintain user accounts, assign roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, and
hierarchies.
- At the direction of the Engineering team, support enhancements to objects, workflows,
- Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate business processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate with an IT related University degree.
- 4 - 10 years of relevant professional experience as Technical Consultant (CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Experience as software developer.
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills with a team-player attitude.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English comprehension (at least 80%), English Spoken (at least 80%).
- Portuguese is a plus.
