**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expertise or working knowledge of remote connectivity solutions, including VPN, SFTP, and similar technologies.
- Experience with AWS and data replication preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-level software development life cycles and implementations either with an enterprise software company or a systems integrator or consulting organization.
- Experience with software environment planning and management, including go-live cutover run book planning and execution.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting capabilities that can be applied to any EM scenario that may arise, either during deployment or during post-deployment verification.
- Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions.
- Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop expertise in implementing Powered by Flex (Flex) in the Model N Cloud, including both hands efforts and ticket management using JIRA and collaborating with the project and MN Cloud teams.
- Working with the project PM, technical lead, SME, and the MN Cloud team.
- Coordinate and support activities resulting in successful customer connectivity including but not limited to VPN, SFTP/S3, AWS PrivateLink, Oracle, and SSO.
- Coordinate and support activities resulting in customer education and preparedness related to the preparation and delivery of their on-site Oracle database to the client.
- Coordinate, support, and execute tasks resulting in the successful establishment of multiple projects and customer-facing persistent AWS Flex environments, from initial planning through post-deployment verification.
