The Fuel Logistics Specialist's role is customer service combined with sales and operational/ sales support for our global customer database. A Fuel Logistics Specialist has to have a can-do approach to our customers, who can be calling in from all types of companies and all around the world.
**Requirements**:
- More than 1 year in your current role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in customer service environment preferred.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Great attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
- Effective and professional telephone manner, commercial awareness.
- Ability to anticipate issues, work well under pressure and to prioritize effectively
- Ability to deal with the unexpected, show initiative and work alone at times as required
