**Responsibilities**:

- Gather, create, compiles, and loads related to the setup of new customer, operating expenses and suppliers in data bases, end to end with account maintenance of these.
- Work with excel spreadsheets using advanced functions like VLOOKUPs to create ships/vessels daily reports, along with pricing reports.
- Maintain records of loss recoveries, CITI charges, balances (in partnership with billing department), prepayments to important suppliers and follow up with the department in charge.
- Request of payment confirmations, payment swifts and customer invoicing.
- Perform basic administrative tasks like reservations, important notices, purchases and carrying out the logistics involved.
- Business partnership with other departments and teams related to daily tasks.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or at least equivalent studies related field desirable.
- Desirable experience in shipping agencies or marine services related.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Proactivity is a must.
- Schedule flexibility
