**CORE VISUAL PRESENTATION DESIGNER** **To be successful you should possess the ability to**: - Edit basic to mid-level PowerPoint presentations: - Execute ambiguous slide formatting edits with mínimal direction - Occasionally support other basic creative requests using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat - Understand or clarify requirements with clients from the get-go to meet objectives and deliver on time - Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency, and adherence to standard format and delivering high quality results with the perfect balance between creative ideas and execution. - Keep high level of client data and confidentiality **Creative experience and technical skills - Must have** - Minimum of 2 years of relevant formatting Presentation Design experience (Power Point specific) - Spanish and English fluency (written and verbal communications at B2+ or higher) - Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide improvement and formatting edits (elements and text alignment, slide consistency, general cleanups, color edits or rebrand, tables and graphs formatting or creating from scratch, others) - Experience with Thinkcell PPT pluging for graph charts and PPT shortcuts - Ability to rethink slides when required for mininum complexity visual enhancements. - Basic to medium skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet client requirements - Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box" - Strong communication and customer service skills - High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm - Ability to work both in teams and independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated talent to prioritize tasks under narrow time limitations to produce accurate results - Experience in PPT design applied to the Consulting business (desirable) or similar fields working directly with stakeholders. - Client facing experience is a must have (preferably in Consulting firms or similar lines of business with exposure to C-Suite level clients) - **Flexibilty to support remunerated ocassional weekend work (up to 10 times a year approximately) with medium to short client notice).
