**About this Position**

ArcSight is looking for a User Experience Designer who is skilled in researching, designing concepts, low and high fidelity interactive mock ups that optimise the structure and behaviour of screen
- based, software solutions. As a UX designer, you’ll rely on user-centred design principles and research methodologies to produce high-quality visuals—from concept to execution—across many platforms for the mutual benefit of both user and business. Working in a cross-discipline agile software development team, you contribute a high level of excellence through shared tools, standard processes, team collaboration and iterative improvement. **Responsibilities**
- Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale effectively in a cross-functional product development team.
- Work closely and collaborate with engineering, product management, and research and development teams to provide the optimal design solution.
- Contribute to research methods for exploration and validation of design solutions.
- Create the user experience at various stages of the design process including flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, static and interactive mock-ups both low and High fidelity.
- Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching and solving a problem.
- Design holistic, high-quality interactive and interface design solutions for moderate to complex projects, products, and services.
- Represent the UX design team for all phases of larger and more-complex development and design projects and programs.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 + years of relevant industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar design-related role
- Strong skills and experience working with tools and technologies like Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figjam, Miro, Dovetail, Maze, CSS, HTML5.
- Experience with design for complex workflows and designing products from scratch as well as improving established, mature products
- Familiarity with Agile SCRUM development methodologies
- Experience with data driven design practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced English Level

**Preferred Skills (Plus)**:

- Expertise in web user interface design and development
- Enterprise design experience
- Data visualization
- Cyber Security domain knowledge
