- Collaborate with corporate Product Engineering and Quality engineering team to identify areas of opportunity.
- Lead coaching efforts to enhance understanding of how products work.
- Work with production personnel to drive understanding of manufacturing best practices and to implement improvements
- Communicating with corporate manufacturing engineers and design engineers to provide feedback on tools and processes to improve on new product development projects.
- Updating standard work and providing key points to operators in MES.
- Plan and execute assembly line design from Product quality point of view.
- Drive assembly process development to meet efficiency and quality goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting of electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English.
