**Data Management Analyst**
- Full-time, (home) based in Costa Rica_

In this role you will utilize technology suite tools to develop data for the contact center. The Data Management Analyst will manipulate data between various systems, publish actionable data in standard reporting formats, and test client reactions for output. This individual also acts as a liaison in information exchange, requirement gathering, and problem resolution. You will be responsible for satisfying customer expectations by ensuring the data quality of reports and providing in-depth support for data integrity issues.

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Implement new reporting methods, tools, and reports for team and user efficiency
- Contribute to account assessment and account strategies
- Maintain internal product documents for highest level of accuracy and relevance
- Escalate errors to project team or appropriate resources for support
- Create testing plans that encompass all data or process elements for all user requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards, flash reporting and/or other scorecard requirements
- Support CCS staff with data analysis as requested to contribute to ongoing contact center efficiency projects, including scheduled, repeating requirements (dashboards, etc.) and unscheduled single project needs.
- Maintain support for version control and keep report library and reference material up to date

**How you can set yourself apart**
- Relevant years of experience in data reporting, analytical work, or a similar field
- Experience in business intelligence report development, query writing, optimization, and indexing
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Access tools
- Thorough knowledge of database management and data manipulation
- You have dashboard and scorecard development experience
