**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible, but not limited to:

- Designs and develops effective BI Analytics solutions that include complex reports and dashboards using MS Power BI.
- Performs complex data analysis in various dataset and ensures data quality controls are in place.
- Translates raw reporting data into easy-to-read format for decision makers, ensures that data is presented in a simple layout for non-technical users.
- Understand the planning business process and data models to conduct data investigation and any data incident occurrences.
- Possess proven experience with end user reports specifically for Supply Chain Management performance and progress to goals evaluation.
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data o Working with stakeholders across planning and strong partnership with IT to help define analytics strategy.
- Working with operations teams to define new ways of measuring efficiency, effectiveness, and quality to deliver new insights to the business.
- Respond timely to ad-hoc data requests from users by performing mid-level or complex data extracts, queries, creating data reports and fixing identified data issues.
- Assumes a technical role in designing, developing, and supporting Power BI & SSAS Cubes solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio, and create expressions, measures, MDX functions, KPIs, Perspectives, Partitions, Roles, and Relationships.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate components of reports/dashboards, evaluate, and improve existing Power BI systems and provide help to other team members.
- Expertise in Data Analytics and Business Analysis. Design of Data Models.
- Decomposition of As-Is Business Processes and As-Is data and systems flow and re-engineering of data structure and data flow.
- Perform on-going research to explore new features, versions, and related technologies, and provide recommendations to enhance our offerings.

**What you need**:
3+ years of working experience in the following areas:

- Power BI (On-Premise and Cloud)
- Data validation, interpreting and displaying data.
- Business Analyst with Supply Chain Management especially in Planning area.
- Data flows from one system to the other (source to target).

Nice to have:

- Analytics/Big-Data/Machine Learning/Data Science.
- Data systems and analytics, Python programming, machine learning techniques, structured and unstructured databases.
- SQL query and SSAS Cubes.
- SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Service) Data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques, DAX, SQL DB, SQL Scripting and Visual Studio.
- Enterprise Data Warehouse and B2B Collaboration software (SAP Hana, Teradata, SAP IBP and other BI Visualization solutions like SAP BOBJ).
- PowerPivot, Excel, RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Creating calculated columns and measures using DAX.
