We seek a qualified Data Analyst eager to work with a commercial and luxury real estate client in an innovative and detail-oriented environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. You will extract statistical trends and insights from data, present comprehensive data stories for non-technical stakeholders, and visualize results using various BI platforms.

- 1+ years of professional experience (or equivalent track record) extracting statistical trends and insights from data.
- High proficiency with SQL
- Solid understanding of statistics and quantitative reasoning.
- Experience performing statistical analyses.
- Experience with querying and gathering data from multiple sources.
- Ability to present a comprehensive data story for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with visualizing results, either in a dashboarding platform or in scripted code.
- Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- The ability to think carefully through and anticipate plausible edge cases and possible pitfalls.
- Experience working with financial data or real estate data is a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM data
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GIT, AWS, and container (e.g., Docker) tools is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with cleaning and quality-checking data.
