The Training Technical Writer is responsible for effectively developing training material from ground zero that will be later utilized to support Business Units and its programs to ensure superior workforce preparation. Responsible for elaborating all technical and non-technical documentation training materials for new and existing programs transitioned in and out of the SSC.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in developing and designing general or specific training materials using non-standard tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Premier, HP ART, Biteable, Videoscribe.
- Assist in assessing existing training material and processes documented at the SSC to determine if they are up to date and written in an effective manner.
- Ensure all requisite documentation is collected while monitoring training effectiveness and employee progress in accordance with program objectives.

**What experience you need**:

- 1 year of experience as a Trainer for operational processes or teaching experience
- English level of B2/C1
- 1 year of experience of multiple projects management using Jira
- 1 year experience in in adult learning techniques, Knowledge Base Articles, Gap Analysis and Process Documentation

**What could set you apart**:

- Proficient management of illustrator and photoshop
- Degree in teaching, adult learning or translation
- Experience in gamification strategy design
- Experience working with elearning platforms and tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Storyline 360 and Google docs
