This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**In a typical day as a Technical Writer you would**:

- Work closely with SMEs, Customer support, and Product Management functions to understand how each product works, gather information and ensure that complete and accurate information is presented to the customer.
- Design and develop written and/or visual product-related information (for example, user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), and online information (interactive demos, help systems) for a variety of audiences (end users, System Engineers, and customers support engineers).

**If you are...**
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Knowledge of authoring tools such as MadCap Flare.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and team playing skills.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently translate complex technical information to create simple and easily understandable documentation.
- Attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
- Desire and ability to learn new products.
- Work in an agile development environment.
- Experience in creating online help for portals, FAQ, how-to.
- Hands-on experience in creating video tutorials would be an added advantage.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal guidance.
