Performs daily activities in billing including updating customer profiles, creating and distributing invoices in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring billing accuracy. Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing. Prepare Billing reconciliations, generate billing reporting and monitoring the accounts receivables of the company.

**What you’ll do**
- Supervise a team of Billing Analysts that perform daily activities in billing including maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bill
- Ensure creation, accuracy and distribution of invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve disputes/inconsistencies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing
- Ensure employees reporting to you meet reported performance expectations through appropriate metrics
- Provides guidance to others to help them achieve better individual results and/or work group efficiency

**What experience do you need**:

- 3-5 years working in a Finance or Accounting environment
- 1-3 years of experience leading teams
- English Level B2 - C1
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related areas is preferred

- Excel and Google Sheets in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Oracle experience
- Interacts effectively with management, internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong people, technical and analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high performance teams
