The Business Analyst will work hand-in-hand with the commercial Team to continuously fine-tune, execute and track progress on the initiatives for your territory, doing fast-paced, agile work metrics and results. This role calls for a combination of data analysis, critical thinking, creative problem solving, strong execution and interpersonal ability to work with multiple stakeholders from across the business, including Central Operations Team and Commercial Teams.
- Develop, optimize and execute processes or campaigns needed to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth.
- Track and supervise week-over-week progress on key metrics, providing adequate internal transparency and problem-solving (deep-diving and coming up with creative solutions) upon necessity, to help drive efficient and cost-effective growth to our platform.
- Shift your focus between User, Merchant, and Courier operations within a specific area / city, according to the priorities at each moment
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city, geo and expansion efforts
- Own responsibility over various relevant tasks that must be executed sharply and fast
- Become part of an amazing, diverse and high-performing team.

- Can build up skills and knowledge fast
- Outstanding Excel/Google Sheets data management skills
- SQL proficiency is strongly needed. R | Python mastery is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
