As a Business Analyst, you will work with collaborators across Moody's - including but not limited to - Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable - for tasks related to Contract / Vendor/ Invoice management for Moody's Investors Service Tech Business Operations execution. You will also work closely with team members across the organization for capacity planning and resource management related tasks.
- Reviewing upcoming contract (Software and/or Services) renewals and submitting/tracking requests for the same and for new contracts as needed
- Ensuring timely and accurate updates as needed for our Tech Resource Inventory
- Facilitating On-boarding/Off-boarding of Moody's Investors Service Tech resources
- Participating in Operational Improvement projects within the Business Operations team
- 2-5 years of experience providing support for Business Operations with respect to contract/vendor/resource management
- Strong Excel skills (Nice to have - Power BI skills)
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
