Core Data Solutions maintain the master data for Intel, ensuring best availability and quality in the data catalogs across all the company. Our group is looking for a Scrum master that will work driving Business Partner and Finance Master development.

**Desired Behavioral traits**:
Clear communication, good problem-solving and time management skills.
Must be self-driven and comfortable with defining and meeting challenging deadlines.
Attention to detail and willing to learn.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Statistics or any related fields.
- Scrum Master certification
- At least 2 years experience in DevOps and Software Release Management
- Proven experience as a leader; doing team facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management,
- Should have Excellent communication skills, being proactive and mentoring skills while collaborating with multiple teams spread across geographies.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
- Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge in Objective Key Result methodology as work prioritization by value.
- Proven skills in continuous improvement, technical guidance, process optimization, and people management.
- Exposure in SAFE methodologies and practices
- Experience in production support and processes in Service Now System and Access Governance.
