Job summary

Role Summary:
The Command Center (CC) is Amazon Advertising’s central defense against large-scale incidents as well as driving operational excellence across the CES org. Scope for this team includes managing 5 programs: Andon Cords, Ad feedback SIM, Out of stock Ticket, Security SIMs and Hotdesk Alerts or. We help advertisers to experience a frustration-free experience and prevent issues which might jeopardize Amazon advertising’s overall experience. We are the first line of defense for all severity 1 & 2 or any large scale operational incidents, that might impact Amazon Advertising internal and external customers, tools and network outages. Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high & critical COEs with accountability of errors which can impact Amazon Ads
- Collaborate with AdCx team to build and contribute towards reducing errors in Amazon Ads
- Review Andon Cords from internal stakeholders and triage the cords within the program SLA
- Review customer feedback on Ads and action as per policy guidelines
- Define severity on Andon cords and Hot desk events based on impact and urgency
- Coordinate with resolver groups to expedite resolution and minimise downtime
- Build executive summaries on Hot desk and critical events and ensure effective communication to stakeholders within timelines
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with program stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Identify feedback patterns based on pull reasons, ad categories etc and recommend improvement ideas
- Educational background or similar experience in Advertising or related field. - Excel Proficiency. - Highly proficient in an industry leading third party ad server — DoubleClick, Atlas, etc. - Familiarity with third party ad serving tags.
