**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Global Q2C Process Excellence Focal role works directly with the Operational Capabilities & Excellence Global Process leaders to ensure that the Lead to Cash process documentation is accurate, complete, communicated and readily available. They will be required to act as the Global Q2C Contract Registration and Billing & Invoicing focal, working across all Q2C timezones to develop a standard set of Global processes & procedures, and in addition will need to support audit preparation & lead process walk throughs. They need to partner with the Acceleration & Innovation and TimeZones SMEs to support and drive Global process standardization and support organizational and cultural transformation by working with internal and external stakeholders to drive process excellence and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. They need to understand the requirements and the environment of the Q2C and Kyndryl organization in question as well as current processes, process results and process maturity. They will also be required to be involved in special projects where they will be required to lead, perform, and coach efforts targeted at improving operational aspects of a given value stream or process. Work activities include identification of best practices, factors contributing to performance gaps, areas for change, and process success measurement criteria.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

1) Strong Services background
2) Proven experience in supporting the Services Lead to Cash Workflow in particular the Contract Registration and Billing & Invoicing.
3) Strong English language spoken, and written proficiency essential
4) Ability to consult strategically, and work with the extended team, to deliver tangible outcomes
5) Strong communication and presentation skills
6) Strong Servant and Thought leadership and influencing skills
7) Ability to establish strong professional relationships and work effectively with Stakeholders and manage expectations and priorities
8) Ability to work in a matrixed Global team
9) Experience with Agile methodology for design and development
