The Order to Cash Analyst will be support for the delivery and execution governance of all Collections and Cash Applications processes for Americas in order to ensure payments are being applied on time and accurate and all accounts for collections are being escalated on time and work based with the Collection guidance.

BPO governance includes but is not limited to: access management, SOP maintenance monitoring and issue log, KPI monitoring. This position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance ensuring all entries into the ERP system are timely completed and accurate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitors BPO operational volumes, aging, KPI / SLAs monitoring and analysis
- To achieve required accuracy on all defined KPIs and SLA’s
- Closely monitors compliance with company policies and procedures; and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity
- To ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Through daily problem resolution, identifies, plans and executes process improvement
- In order to optimize efficiencies
- Assist in internal/external audits to ensure all appropriate controls are being followed
- Comply with audit requests on timely manner
- Stakeholders and develop network and partnerships with key Finance and business leaders across MSD, specifically within the Americas region
- Provide delivery excellence to our stakeholders
- Operates with a sense of urgency, including operational performance, management and compliance with compliance requirements along with supporting and implementing transformation requirements.
- To ensure all deliverables are successfully achieved with sense of urgency, quality and compliance.
- Monitors process documentation is up to date for both, BSC and BPO team.
- To maintain updated process documentation and avoid training gaps
- Controls monitoring and approvals.

**Secondary** Language(s) Job Description**:
**Requirements**:

- Education: Technician level or more
- Experience** **6 months to 1 year
- Advanced English (80%)
- Intermediate to advanced excel
- Proficient in accounting, understands system accounting flow, accounting reconciliation, US GAAP
- Software Management: SAP
- Other Languages: Portuguese and French is a plus
