The leading online marketplace in Central America, is seeking a **Growth Product Manager** to lead our Product team. This role will work closely with leadership, as well as tech, marketing, sales and operations teams across markets to develop our vision, strategy, and execute. We are looking for a
Product all-star who is passionate about users, has an entrepreneurial spirit, works well with teams, is curious, highly analytical, and creative in problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a growth strategy and work towards specific business goals across multiple markets and segments
- Balance short and long-term product vision and needs to develop a sustainable roadmap
- Perform comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from acquisition to conversion, improving user engagement and retention across all platforms (web and apps)
- Develop initiatives to improve the user lifecycle, including activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases
- Improve both marketing and product experiences
- Deploy experiments to improve customer lifetime value (CLTV) and decrease churn
- Contribute to the development of the organization's overarching monetization strategy
- Work with other teams in go-to-market planning for new product launches
- Build and lead a team including Business Intelligence Analyst, UX/UI Designer, Requirement

Analyst and/or any other product team members required based on business needs
- Support organization with platform data and insights, as well as forecasting around KPIs
- Prepare reporting on projects, drawing conclusions on important metrics for effective decision-making
- Run user testing, focus groups, and use other methodologies to understand market needs
- Evaluate internal and external solutions to product needs, working in some cases with third party providers
- Maintain deep knowledge of our competitive landscape, as well as risks and opportunities
- Keep up to date with latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and markets

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field with strong digital knowledge
- At least 3-4 years of experience with consumer-facing digital product
- Experience with ecommerce desired
- Demonstrated success defining and launching new products
- Open to travel to other markets
- Management experience a plus
- Experience across Central America or multiple markets a plus

**Salary**: Up to ₡4,000.00 per month
