**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Build trust with the client through face-to-face meetings and calls with clients.
- Coordinate and advise the applicant on the temporary or permanent residency process.
- Organize, plan and update daily tasks required for immigration case management.

**Requirements**:

- C1 English level or higher (CEFR) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Student of administration or law (or similar matters)
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and manage time/schedules effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize to others.
- GAM accessibility. Office located in Escazù
