Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Triage customer contacts, resolve straightforward inquiries
- Own processes and administrative tasks related to defined operational work
- Validate, test, and recommend edits to immigration standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage overflow capacity when necessary and meet deadlines
- Partner with global team members to build and improve upon common processes
- Gain an understanding of immigration globally, in addition to existing country or region-specific expertise

A day in the life
The Immigration Assistance will provide support to different types of global immigration activities including requests arriving to the Global Immigration Inbox and Trouble Tickets (TT) created by Amazon employees.

About the team
- 1+ years of experience in Immigration, HR, Recruitment, or related field
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process optimization experience
