**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with projects that are typically of smaller scope, cost, and complexity as well as many unstructured tasks in support of the IT PMO and IT Development teams that often do not require full end to end project planning.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and budgets.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support to the Clinical IT PMO and Development Teams.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
