_As an IT Project Coordinator, you will lead key initiatives to deliver project objectives for medium to large-sized agile projects and be responsible for coaching and assisting key business users (product owners) with backlog creation, grooming and prioritization. As part of Equifax's Global Consumer Systems team, you will mentor teams and ensure the correct use of the scrum process.**What you’ll do**:

- Work to proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies ensuring that they are identified, coordinated, mitigated or escalated as necessary
- Work with Product Owner and Development Team to facilitate effective sprints by removing impediments and ensuring that stories are 'sprint ready'
- Develop and report process metrics for a real-time or historical presentation. Administer and maintain systems used for Software Project Lifecycle Management

**What experience you need**:

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of experience with agile tools like JIRA & Confluence
- 2+ years of experience understanding backlog tracking, Scrum and Kanban based metrics, task definition, and story splitting
- Excellent communication (B2+ BELT level) and mentoring skills
