_As an IT Project Coordinator, you will lead key initiatives to deliver project objectives for medium to large-sized agile projects and be responsible for coaching and assisting key business users (product owners) with backlog creation, grooming and prioritization. **What experience you need**:

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of experience with agile tools like JIRA & Confluence
- 2+ years of experience understanding backlog tracking, Scrum and Kanban based metrics, task definition, and story splitting
- Excellent communication (B2+ BELT level) and mentoring skills
