**About the Role**:
The Blog Content Coordinator is critical to the success of Tebra's content services. As a Tebra Blog Content Coordinator, your main objectives are to facilitate the development of blog content to promote ROI and satisfaction for our physician clients, oversee the creation and publishing of search engine-optimized blog content for our customer websites, and improve efficiencies related to content creation. The Blog Content Coordinator works to ensure blog content reflects our customers' unique practices and supports their marketing goals.

**Your Area of Focus**:

- Facilitate blog fulfillment for 100+ accounts, ensuring timely posting within indicated SLAs (service level agreements).
- Manage content assignments with freelancer writers and editors to ensure deadlines are met and optimized efficiently in editorial workflow.
- Produce quality blog content for health care providers based on editorial and style guidelines.
- Complete content fulfillment tasks via Salesforce, adhering to internal goals and deadlines.
- Resolve all customer content requests and ensure customer satisfaction through feedback surveys.
- Attend and engage in weekly team meetings as well as quarterly department meetings.
- Use communication skills to collaborate with other teams (including Onboarding Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists) and guide pre-launch and post-launch blog content creation.

**Your Professional Qualifications**:

- College degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent education.
- Excellent command of the English language and ability to interpret and implement customer content feedback.
- 1-2 years of experience in content production, journalism, copywriting, or copyediting.
- Experience writing and/or editing in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to uphold top-tier customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Organized and results-driven with a focus on achieving top customer quality.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Champion for continually improving on a personal level of product and industry knowledge and exercising best practices, as well as nurturing strong, collaborative cross-department relationships.
- Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.
- Familiar with SEO algorithms for content and Google Best Practices.
