_The Identity Access Management Project Manager acts as a coordinator for multiple projects with Business, Legal, Security, Infrastructure DevOps and the IAM organizations. Align overall deliverables and implementation timelines. Develop programs to support Equifax's IAM strategies, as well as create and manage long-term goals, including developing operational plans and managing agile boards. You will also be responsible for managing IAM agile project boards including sprint planning, managing backlog and grooming user stories and coordinating with development, testing and infrastructure DevOps organizations ensuring successful, bug-free, on-time releases.**What you’ll do**:

- Manage large-scale projects or programs ensuring that they will be completed on time making sure the solution aligns with/meets the business goals.
- Develop and implement project management procedures, tools, templates, and activities leveraging industry-standard methodologies and processes, for assigned programs.
- Communicate progress through regular governance and status updates, advise leaders on key issues/constraints and predict program demands, and recommend reallocation or augmentation of existing resources as necessary.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing projects scheduling, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Continual identification, qualification, and tracking of risks manage mitigation and contingency, assign appropriate resources, and constantly communicate status

**What experience you need**:

- 2+ years as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager in the IT industry
- 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- 1+ years of experience with Jira and/or Confluence
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow, GSuite, and Google sites, writing excel macros for reporting and analysis
- Good Oral and Written English communication skills (BELT B2+ or higher)

- Experience managing IAM-related projects is a huge plus.
- Good conflict resolution and analytical thinking skills.
- Single Sign-On, Identity & Access Governance including Role-based access control (RBAC), access request and certification, Identity Federation (Okta, Ping) experience.
- Expertise with IAM products/tools such as Sailpoint (IdentityIQ), CyberArk, Saviynt, etc.
