**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities; (applicable to all A1 projects)Receive tenant/broker visits and requests as needed, prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs with standard information.
Provide commercial, project and pre-determined informational/marketing packages and details to prospects, brokers and all qualified interested parties (per defined guidelines and protocol determined with A1)
Manage on-site and in-country marketing campaigns with support from the JLL regional marketing team and per the direction and instructions from A1Local press campaigns, publicity and property/project positioning (in conjuncture with A1 PR/Mktg team)
Manage conferences, events and other promotional opportunities at the local market level (in conjuncture with A1 PR/Mktg team)
Coordinate as needed with the JLL regional marketing team on outbound or out of market/country marketing and commercial strategiesProspecting within JLL industry verticals (Life Science, Industrial, other) as well as the firm’s Brokerage, Work Dynamics and IPS practices/business lines (ie large account clients)
General marketing efforts (trade shows, road shows, distribution of teasers and related info to a wide audience, webinars, social media, etc., etc.)
Coordinate and manage (as needed) regional marketing efforts and initiatives with the A1 team based in San Jose and regional JLL marketing team for the required market/project/opportunity in question (As project pipeline and A1 regional expansion comes to fruition moving forward)
Manage CRM system, implement prospecting/lead generation campaigns all the way to developing client relationships
Provide A1 commercial project team periodic market data, benchmark leasing info and summarized analysis on the industrial/logistics/high-value manufacturing segments for internal analysis, review and use; facilitate strategic analysis, deal decision, market entry and expansion opportunities
Recommend and implement (as necessary) asset-level positioning, commercial activities/strategies and related endeavors to facilitate, generate and increase leasing activity for the project
**Employment Structure**: JLL in-house resource
**Resource Management**: Directed by senior JLL regional resources, in conjuncture with the A1 commercial team per their instructions/indications
**Resource Profile;Studies**: Undergraduate or equivalent
**Language**: Bi-lingual Span/Eng, or at a minimum strong English skills as a second language
**Previous RE Experience**: Helpful, but not a prerequisite.
**Other desirable experience**: Sales, tech sales, B2B sales, data analytics, business analytics
Previous Experience in Salesforce or other CRM system required
Additional Attributes;Personable, presentable, eager, willing to take on a wide-array of tasks, self-motivated, persistent, resilient, availability to travel, tech savvy/tech interest, knowledgeable in chatGPT and other AI (or willingness to learn)
