Our fast growing team in AMER is looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to join their team.

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Updates to CloudPay platforms for automation processes
- Updates of CloudPay calendar for automation processes, testing the system improving, working on new features
- Updates to CloudPay data validation and data validation processes
- Assist the Global Payroll Director with system updates, feedback and analysis of changes required for global updates and initiatives
- Update payroll documentation with changes and publish payroll documentation on internal platform
- Participate in customer technical and automatization projects (new pay code settings, support implementing interfaces, GL mapping)
- Inform Customers and internal CloudPay stakeholders on changes and drive timely implementation of the changes with Customers/CP stakeholders
- Drives CI projects with Customers/Payroll Teams
- Take ownership of solving complex technical queries, escalations
- Provide/Organise trainings for Payroll Team, assess regularly the knowledge of the team, ensure gaps are covered
- Elaborate internal control processes to ensure quality payrolls

The primary goal of the Payroll Consultant is to provide professional content-based support for customers and Cloudpay stakeholders on complex queries, support the implementation of legislation/policy changes, driving continuous improvement projects

**Attributes and Experience Required**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Payroll or Data Processing/Finance/IT
- Project management
- Knowledge management and precise document management skills
- High level of problem-solving
- Focus on details,
- Getting results without authority
- Participation in any automation process is an advantage
