The primary focus of the NAM AMLK KYC Operations Controls team is to prepare comprehensive and accurate risk management information in an accurate, timely and reliable manner. The team is heavily responsible for providing Execution Leaders, Business Managers and Senior Management with critical data for related to quality monitoring, business reviews and regulatory reviews, reviews. The team also engages in strategic initiatives and implementing new processes. The team interacts with a range of other stakeholders across the firm including Global Partners, Technology, Business Units, and Audit. The team also assists with ad-hoc deliverables for regulators and other external audiences whenever required.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will be focused on NAM AML/KYC Quality Metrics reporting and related strategic projects. The main functions are:

- Prepare regular and time-sensitive analytics, visualizations and reports that provide critical data to Risk and Business management for portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Lead projects and actively support forums related to policy-driven, remediation-driven, and regulatory initiatives, in collaboration with other Risk Reporting teams and cross-functional groups. Propose recommendations to business partners, establish project plans and track/communicate progress.
- Identify opportunities and drive opportunities to improve process efficiencies, technological automation and functionalities within the data and reporting infrastructure.
- Work closely with Quality and Operations Managers, and along with Technology teams to acquire data for various reports and presentations and to ensure data quality, completeness and consistency.
- Work closely with Risk and Controls groups to support automation efforts, writing business requirements for new/enhanced reports
- Understand/interpret the nuances of questions and requests from Senior Management and regulators and work with risk managers and portfolio analysts to create solutions/alternatives.
- Prepare regular and time-sensitive ad-hoc information for regulatory requests and internal/external audit reviews.
- Ensure key controls and process documentation requirements are completed and compliant for MCA and ARCM purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in finance and/or risk data analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Visual Basic, MS Access and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint functionality regarding data
- Intermediate knowledge of Power Query, SQL, and Power Pivot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to details. Ability to quickly analyze granular details, summarize top-level trends, identify key drivers of trends and adeptly present findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven presentation skills. Ability to relay information to Senior Management in a succinct, insightful way, and the ability to negotiate internally with a broad range of stakeholders
- Proactive and creative mindset for continuous improvement of the department processes
- Time management, planning, team player, and excellent work ethics

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
