The Corrigo Business Analyst supports platform and account leadership team to develop business intelligence processes and tools using formal and informal data to help customers and sponsors define and achieve their goals. This role will create, maintain, and optimize account wide dashboards using Tableau/Azara (or other BI tools) as well as reporting directly from the Corrigo CMMS. The Corrigo Business Analyst will uncover several perspectives on a problem or opportunity, determining any and all drivers towards or barriers to successful performance, and makes recommendations based on what is discovered. The role will support Corrigo administrative tasks, like reporting, at the direction of the account’s Global Corrigo Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Intelligence
- Deep understanding of contract key performance indicator reporting requirements and client expectations.
- Devise and promote creative data visualization to derive actionable intelligence using BI tools like Tableau, Azara, Power Pivot, etc.
- Lead problem solving teams to develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques
- Analyze trends of monthly Key Performance Indicator results for performance improvement concepts
- Draft and distribute reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Corrigo System Administration/Business Support
- Communicate narratives tied to BI visualizations to provide the Facility Management team with actionable intelligence.
- Provide new user, advanced user, new feature training to the account and client staff as required, specifically related to reporting and managing workflow.
- Support problem solving teams to develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques
- Support overflow Corrigo system support resulting from increased demands or special projects.

**Education**
- High School or Equivalent: preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong Excel/analytical skills to compare and analyze data sets are mandatory
- Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office
- SharePoint experience a plus.
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints without direct supervision
