**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE MANAGER, SUPPLY FINANCE**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Managerial

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of GBS Operational Finance, Commercial Finance.

**Reports to**:GBS Ops. Finance Senior Manager

**Reporting Level**:5 direct reports

**Geographic Scope**:USA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Capex, NCL, Working Capital. Besides freight Pricing/Reporting.
- Leaf inventory management and spare monitoring.
- Overhead reporting management and operational consolidation reports. Additionally, month End Closure
- Develop robust analytics and reporting for the organization's financial documents.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement.
- Communicate assumptions and sensitivities that may drive variability to leadership.
- Work closely with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Present and communicate to Leadership the forecasts, performance, and potential risks/opportunities of financial performance.
- Collaborate with business partners and influence commercial decisions.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting in a multinational corporation.
- US Visa.
- Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation.
- Strategically develops a range of options/paths to achieve business objectives within a changing environment.
- Sets high standards of behavior for the organization, serves as a role model for BAT values and work practices, and actively mentors’ future leaders.
- MS Office - advanced level of knowledge and usage.
- SAP knowledge.
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level.
- University degree in an accounting-related field or equivalent.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Operation Finance process knowledge is desired.
- BPC knowledge.
- Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of regulation on accounting.
- Solid understanding of End Market business.
