**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate as primary resource for offboarding transformation program initiatives
- Partner with benefit operations to support and modify benefit related processes through ServiceNow and HRIS systems
- Create ServiceNow reporting, analyze trends and execute ServiceNow enhancement projects accordingly
- Act as primary point of contact and lead for operational partnership with the payroll team
- Support payroll implementation projects for LATAM and South America countries
- Provide local insight on policies, procedures, and best practices for LATAM and South America countries
- Create and maintain process documentation for People Services AMER team
- Assist with ad hoc projects and priorities as needed
**This role can be based remote anywhere in Costa Rica**
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in People Ops or HR technologies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
- Experience supporting operational HR programs
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries (US, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica)
- Experience with project management and business transformation
- Strong experience in Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred
- A passion for organizational culture, design, the future of work and human-centric People approaches
- Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
- Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
