ROLE SUMMARY

The People Insights Team is responsible for all aspects of Pfizer's people analytics and insights to drive the best experience for Pfizer's colleagues.
The Sr.
Associate, Data Analyst, People Insights plays a critical role in providing the best in class services, capabilities, data and insights that enable a great colleague experience.
We are seeking a colleague with strong quantitative and people analytics expertise, deep knowledge of the HR function, a passion for telling stories with insights gleaned from data, and the ability to communicate results clearly to non-technical colleagues.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates root cause analysis to translate people insights data into meaningful insights and areas of improvement
- Analyze and interpret quantitative data/results and understand the 'why' behind the data, concisely identifying the critical insights that tell a story and devising actionable strategies
- Serve as an internal insights consultant who partners across the organization to understand business needs and influence business decisions
- Leverage a full range of insight generating tools to foster a deeper understanding of consumers to ensure business decisions are grounded in relevant insights
- Socialize insights throughout organization to drive visibility and reinforcement of the Insight team's efforts, building a deep understanding of the importance of putting colleague's first
- Build reports to provide regular insights on important organizational trends, and shares these reports and insights with senior leadership on a regular basis
- Partner with clients to interpret key talent data, including turnover trends, and drive tangible actions.
- Partner with Digital teams, including Data Scientists to deliver actionable insights across all level of the organizations
- Support the deployment of a new people analytics platform
- Support other People Insights Initiatives as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Analytics
- At least 3 years of progressive, professional HR and/or analytics experience
- Effective interaction with business leaders at all levels
- Adept at creating internal partnerships
- An inquisitive mind, strong analytical skills, and experience in delivering and transforming organizational processes
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities; thrives in ambiguity and solving problems
- High level of written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with people/HR data management and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audience
- Proactive problem-solving expertise using data analysis to inform decision making
