**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team. This position is an integral part of the RAISC Finance team that offers tremendous growth opportunity. In this role, you will support the overhead finance teams in the RAISC Financial Planning department.

**Reports to**:Planning & Reporting Manager

**Reporting Level**:No direct reports

**Geographic Scope**:US

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Participate in business partnering relationships across areas such as Information Data & Technology, Human Resources, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs or Legal & External Affairs.
- Prepare monthly forecasting and support the closing processes for RAI’s overheads.
- Provide scenario analyses, budgets, cash flow impacts and CAPEX analysis.
- Provide financial analytics, reporting for the organization and support business case preparation.
- Track actuals, coordinate with other BAT entities and the Tax department, process recharges and prepare vouchers.
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations and trend analyses.
- Assist with the performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Participate in continuous department improvement and assist with special projects as needed.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have B2+/C1 English Level?
- Do you have 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, ask relevant questions.
- Proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Very good command of English, spoken and written. (B2+/C1).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
