**Job Description**:
Position Summary

**Responsibilities**:
SSO Engineer would be responsible for the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business. This includes:

- Support operations and configurations of multiple Okta domains.
- Maintain process to ensure uptime of all Okta agents that are required for authentication and authorization.
- Schedule and perform upgrades or patching as required.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and occasional knowledge transfer sessions
- Work on incident and request tickets to meet SLA objectives.
- Login to Linux/Windows/Database servers to check on services when needed.
- Be available for on-call rotations during non-office hours.
- Develop RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for incidences and share knowledge with team members.
- Contribute and keep operation documents current or reflective of processes.
- Schedule meetings with business partners and vendors to work on integrations.
- Provide integration advices to business partners.
- Work with other IT teams to ensure integration can finish in a timely manner. These teams include QA, PEN testers, Auditors, Database Administrators, Developers, Security Administrators, Network engineers, Server engineers, Firewall engineers and Security Officers.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience and Education Required**
- Experience with SSO services from basic authentication to SAML 2.0, OAuth and OIDC authentication.
- Knowledge of life cycle management, role-based access control, Identity and access management tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Universal Directory, LDAP, Databases, LAN/WAN topology, IT processes and procedures including change control processes.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environment.
- Partners to understand integration requirements.
- Position will require on-call incident support.
- Working Okta knowledge or certification preferred.
- Scripting skills preferred
- Origin experience a plus, but not required

**Skills Required**:
Specific skills required include:

- Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English (or primary customer) language.
- Strong communication as the role includes working with business and clients of Experian.
- Ability to innovate and drive automation
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with mínimal supervision
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Needs to be continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions through partnerships.
