ACERCA DE LA VACANTE

Funciones del Puesto

1) Supervisar al personal (Oficinistas, gestores de cobro y mensajeros).

2) Realizar pruebas aleatorias en las diferentes etapas del proceso legal, con el propósito de identificar deficiencias y proponer oportunidades de mejora.

3) Programar diariamente la logística para el envío de los embargos de salario, tomando en cuenta la distribución territorial de cada uno.

4) Solicitar los cheques para la presentación de las demandas, tramitación de facturas de los proveedores, el control de suministros reintegro de los mismos y manejo de caja (cheques).

6) Revisar cuentas en el sistema de la empresa

Requisitos del Puesto

Bachillerato Ingeniero Industrial o estudiante de la carrera a fin
Conocimiento de Excel avanzado
